Welcome to QuickCreate ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our SaaS-based business management platform.

By accessing or using QuickCreate, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Name, email address, phone number, and company information
• Account credentials (username and encrypted password)
• Billing and payment information
• Business data entered into the system (inventory, sales, customer records, etc.)
• Communication preferences and correspondence with us

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our services, we automatically collect:

• Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
• Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent)
• Log files and analytics data
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2.3 Location Data

To provide personalized region-specific content, we collect the following location data:

• Precise Location: GPS coordinates (with your explicit permission) to suggest local festival posters and business marketing creatives relevant to your city or region.
• Coarse Location: IP-based location data (Country, State, District, and City) as a fallback mechanism for regional personalization.

Use of Location Data: This data is linked to your account and solely used internally for App Functionality and Product Personalization. We do not use this data to track you across other companies' apps and websites for targeted advertising.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve our platform functionality
• Account Management: To create and manage your account, process transactions, and provide customer support
• Communication: To send service updates, security alerts, and administrative messages
• Analytics: To understand usage patterns and improve user experience
• Security: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraudulent activities
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes
• Marketing: To send promotional materials (with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time)

4.1 Service Providers

We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data hosting, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

4.4 With Your Consent

We may share your information with third parties when you explicitly consent to such sharing.

4.5 AI Features and Our AI Provider

Some features use artificial intelligence to write or read text for you: writing the text of a design, rewriting or translating a line, writing a WhatsApp caption or a footer tagline, suggesting post ideas, and reading a poster, a visiting card or a price list you photograph. These features are optional, and every other part of QuickCreate works without them.

When you use one of them, we send our AI provider only what that feature needs to produce its result:

• The text you type or confirm, and the text already on the design you are editing
• Your business type and language, and, for features that write about your business, the business details you saved in your profile
• For scanning features only, the photograph you choose

We do not send your password, payment details, contacts or location to the AI provider. Requests are processed by OpenRouter, which passes them to the AI model that answers them (currently Google Gemini). We do not permit our AI provider to use your content for advertising.

Photographs you scan are not stored by us. They are read in memory to produce the result and are then discarded. Nothing read from a photograph is saved to your account until you review it and choose to save it.

AI can be wrong. Please check any AI-written text, and any details read from a photograph, before you post, print or save them.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission
• Encrypted storage of sensitive data
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Access controls and authentication mechanisms
• Employee training on data protection and privacy
• Regular backups and disaster recovery procedures

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.

Business data entered into the system is retained according to your subscription plan and data retention settings.

AI features. For the AI features described in section 4.5:

• A record of each AI request (which feature, when, whether it succeeded, the credits it used and its cost) is kept for 180 days, to run AI credits and to find problems.
• If an AI request fails, the reply it returned may be kept for up to 30 days to diagnose the failure, and is then deleted.
• When our safety filter refuses text, a short excerpt of that text may be kept for up to 30 days so the filter can be corrected, and is then deleted.
• Your AI credit history (credits given, used and returned) is kept for as long as your account exists, so that questions about your balance can be answered.
• Photographs you scan are never stored.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal requirements)
• Portability: Request transfer of your data to another service provider
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time
• Restriction: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
• Object: Object to processing of your information for specific purposes
